Mikan Nerikiri 1 Day Lesson
Don't judge a mikan by its skin as it is made from white bean paste!
As opposed to the typical nerikiri that we learnt in regular lesson, we are going to make the nerikiri from scratch. From cooking the white bean paste, preparing the Gyuhi dough to wrapping the mikan inside the dough, it will be an intensive lesson to prepare for a surprise during Chinese New Year!
