The health and well-being of our members and staff remain our top priority.

As announced by the Multi-ministry task force this afternoon, Phase 2 (Heightened Alert) will take effect from 16 May to 13 Jun. With that, we will be implementing these changes from 16 May 2021.

1. Regular lesson conducted in studio - the capacity for all courses will be reduced to 2 pax per lesson table.

The 3rd and 4th bookings reserved from 16 May to 13 Jun will be removed on 12pm, 15 May (Sat). There will be no reminder email when the lesson is returned to the member automatically.

*The 3rd and 4th booking will be determined on the sequence reflected on member's page (https://reserve.abc-cooking.com.sg/).

2. Trial lesson - the capacity for all trial lessons will be reduced to 2 pax per lesson table.

For affected trial lesson bookings between 16 May to 13 Jun, the customers will be informed via phone call, SMS or email before 16 May. If there are no further notification from us before 16 May, your lesson is not being affected.

*For any direct enquiries about the lesson booking, please kindly contact the respective studio.

3. Course validity - members with active contract will be given additional 1 month validity

*Members with the maximum course validity (48 months) will not be eligible for this change.

*Course validity will be reviewed and revised accordingly, based on the capacity limitation.

4. Virtual regular lesson

Virtual lesson will not be affected under this change. More virtual lesson openings will be released for bookings during this period.

5. Please cancel your lesson if you happen to (1) have close contact with a patient with confirmed or probable COVID-19, (2) have sick leave/Quarantine Order/Stay Home Notice or (3) feeling unwell. Contact us at cs@abc-cooking.com.sg or any of our 3 studios to inform and submit supporting documents.

With the re-emergence of Covid-19 cases, dining in will no longer be allowed in our studios from 22 Jul till 18 Aug to help to minimise the risk of transmission in the community. There will also be changes to the lesson capacity for all regular and trial lessons.

For members who wish to continue their baking journey at the comfort of their homes, virtual lessons (Cake & Bread Basic) are still available for booking at https://reserve.abc-cooking.com.sg/yoyaku/index.php or ABC Connect App.
