Kyo no Osouzai 京ã®ãŠæƒ£èœ: Special Cooking Experience with Chef Tanaka
Osouzai ãŠæƒ£èœ is a delicious, simple traditional Japanese cuisine native to Kyoto 京都.
Last year, Chef Tanaka (owner of Kyoto Cuisine Toriyone in Kyoto, Japan) was invited for a virtual live cooking session while you learnt from him physically at Funan Studio. This year, he is back again to share some of his recipes on authentic Japanese local dishes using ingredients directly imported from Kyoto, Japan!
