​
Continuing in May, roll up your sleeves and your cake as you learn the making of a marron-flavoured chiffon sponge before layering it with marron cream, Chantilly cream and pear. Decorated with chocolate shavings, marron glacé and pear on top of more Chantilly cream, this makes a stunning masterpiece at any occasion.​
